Evan Tealer
1) I picked out Evan’s name based on the fact that it was frickin’ adorable AND could easily be transitioned into a female name just by cutting off the N :] It was also light and bouncy, so it fit what I had in mind physically for him. The last name was what I settled on after going through a list of surnames the started with T. Because for some reason, I knew it had to be a T, haha.

2) I created Eva because I’d never had a REALLY FRICKIN GAY character. I’d always had the big manly-man seme types, so I wanted to turn myself on my head and try and play something different. And thus, Eva the transvestite was born :’D<3

3) Eva~… I can’t quite remember since this was junior/senior year of high school [FUCK I’M OLD NOW], but I was debating on having her be blonde for one thing but a lot more carefree and truant for another. A happy criminal, lol. But she ended up having a lot more problems at home and then that spread into her whole personality, so she really wasn’t as obnoxious as she originally would have been. She still manages to be totally obnoxious though xD

4) Eva usually ends up being a nurse because she likes having the power to help people AND the scrubs are totally adorable and unisex :] She stops cross dressing around the time she goes to college though, because she just isn’t as small and cute as she was before puberty haha <3

Mallory Raiyu
1) Mallory was a pain in the ass to find a name for. I would focus in on a name and think ‘Okay… okay. That’s it. Lets introduce her to the world!’ And then as soon as I tried I would get cold feet and retreat into the lists of names again. I finally settled on Mallory because the feel AND meaning of the name are perfect. “Unlucky” or “Bad luck”. Raiyu is the last name of one of Mara’s characters, since it’s the kid of two of our characters :]

2) Mallory thrust herself upon us. Shi-ne and Hiro, her parents, have only ever had 3 kids. But when we started another roleplay using the same characters in a new setting, all the sudden I couldn’t shake the heavy weight resting on MY belly whenever I was playing Shi-ne. Honestly it was pretty unsettling. So finally, I told Mara that I thought Shi-ne was pregnant with their 4th kid and she actually admitted she was thinking the same exact thing xD So thus, Mallory was magically conceived!

3) Mallory wasn’t exactly planned, so everything just kind of formed as we went. I DEFINITELY did not expect her to be so out of touch with the world and cooky though, lmao. Think a tamer version of Luna Lovegood. And more artsy.

4) Mallory has ALWAYS had bad timing. The first time we introduced her, her dad was more or less headed to his death bed and the family was going through enough stress without having a kid on the way. The second time, we were playing out a 1920s era plot and she was conceived right in the middle of the depression when food and money was hard enough to come by.



Gaelir
1) Gaelir I had hell of a lot of fun making his name. After tossing consonants and vowels together randomly for awhile, I liked this one the most. I like the similarity to the word Gaelic :]

2) Gaely-poo was made specifically for Auri [see below]. When she popped into my head, I just KNEW that she was a part of three and that she wouldn’t work otherwise, so I tossed some ideas on what kind of character would be necessary if he had to put up with someone like her and formed someone around those ideas.

3) Gaelir was totally more pathetic than I meant for him to be once he was introduced. He was supposed to be a bit of an awkward guy, but still confident enough and fun. He turned into a total whiner with an unrequited crush and some denial goin’ on. Can you say emo?

Aurianne Ro-Yaru
1) When I threw Auri’s name together, I knew I was looking for something soft and elegant with some length too it, but that could be shortened into a nickname easily. Her name is actually one of my favorites of all time. Her last name was thrown on by default because she was made as the cousin of another pre-existing character.

2) Auri’s character actually formed alongside the forming of her name, since neither was really a clear idea at first. I just kind of had a thought about this kind of crime trio that was kind of ‘led’ by this kind of off the rails chick and she started to form once I settled on what her name felt like and went from there.

3) Auri’s actually been pretty steady most of the time. She’s violent to herself and others, has an addictive personality, is too sexual for her own good, manipulative, vulnerable, emotionally underdeveloped, the mentality of a 7 year old, too stupid for her own good, power hungry, and selfish. Oh, and absolutely off her rocker nutso psycho. Possibly bi-polar?
4) Auri has been a stripper and a playboy bunny model, along with a drug addict and an abuse victim.

Xakasik [Zak-uh-zik] ------
1) Xaaaakaaasiiik. I love his name, though honestly, I’ve never known if I’ve been pronouncing it right. I got his name from a person I used to share a common forum with. I never knew where it originated from, but he said it was actually his honest-to-god real name. And I loved it. So I kinda sorta yanked it for a character ;;>3> xD;<3 He never knew his last name, so I never made him one.

2) Xak was formed because I had the feeling one of my characters had a best friend that was totally opposite from him, and just hanging around the edges of my brain waiting to be developed and brought in. He also made a really good plot device :] As soon as I entered him I knew it was love, lmao.

3) Xak is another one of my highly consistent characters, but he’s definitely matured. He was a pick pocketing theif with a sex drive and way too many inappropriate jokes, but he’s settled down into an easy going respectable kinda guy, even if he still is kind of pervy and goofy <3

4) Xak is the character I most wish existed so I could marry him. Too bad he’s gay anyway D:

Arkin Noah Helios
1) Honestly? Arkin’s name came around when I wasn’t paying attention in Pre-calc, and all the sudden the word ‘Arch’ caught my interest. I threw the ‘in’ on to give it a bit more flair, Noah on as a pun, and Helios on as irony and called it perfect. His name actually makes me giggle because originally he was a wolf demon, and I’ve always been paranoid about accidentally pronouncing his name as ‘Barkin’ xD

2) I made Ark because the name popped into my head and I wanted to use it xD But when I was thinking about how to use it with Mara, we decided we wanted a pair of brothers that had gone through hell and back with only each other to rely on, pretty much. He was the bratty little brother <3

3) Ark has always been Ark. A never ending pit of a stomach, a bit of a whiner, but always submissive to his older brother. He did throw me a surprise though. He’s a bit of a mechanical genius and gets a kick out of breaking things down so he can build them back up even better than before.

4) Ark’s brother is named Caine Abel Helios. Teehee <3 If you don’t get that, try reading the first testament.

Troix [pronounced Troy] Jkonovich
1) I love Troix’s name, because I didn’t have to do anything whatsoever to come up with it. It was written down on a piece of paper with the name Trinni in a dream I had once :] The pronunciation probably doesn’t make sense, but I love it anyway. As for the last name… Lmao. Mara wanted something Russian sounding for this characters dad, but we didn’t have access to the internet. So the spelling, and if it even sounds Russian, who the hell knows.

2) I actually had the name sitting around waiting on a list for quite awhile, but when one of my characters informed me she was pregnant, I decided to finally grab the chance and use the name <3 It worked out perfectly and the name fit without any complaints.

3) Troix still hasn’t really had the chance to spread his wings yet because until we do a time lapse, he’s still approximately four years old, lmao. He’s going to be a total miscreant though, mischievous and abusing his good looks at any opportunity.

4) I originally would’ve liked to give Troix a twin sister so I could use both the names in my dream as a pair, like they seemed to belong too, but I’m glad I cut Trinni. Troix is also the son of a total bombshell diva. He definitely inherited her beauty, AND her flippant arrogance :]
